** If you notice that the beans inside your bag are different colours and sizes, they are! We create our blends by optimizing the flavours of different beans in their own micro batches and then blending them after to create the taste profile you crave. Is it more time consuming?? YES. Why do we do it? It's something we learned from a bit of time in the wine industry. Just give them a grind & enjoy it in your favourite style.
