This coffee stands out. Simple. It hits first crack, gets a little carmalized colour & those initial fresh flavours are captured. 
 
Juicy grapefruit, carmalized brown sugar & as it cools vegetal aromas sift out. The acidity is beautifully balanced so you won't be puckering like it was a real grapefruit. 
If you're not normally a fan of the lighter roasted coffees, this is a nice stepping stone to get you into a little more flavour.
