The Bullet
It's the cornerstone of what we do & with the help of fellow roasters who were using it, the decision to get started was simple. We like to think of it as our 'Silver Bullet' although it's black in colour.
I mean if you didn't know, you'd think it was part of the Star Wars series but it's paving the way for our future. For many of the roasters we've chatted with, this bullet is an ideal test roaster size. There were several features that attracted us to this gem. I'm not going into a sales spiel here but the size, power supply, environmental pro's all were factors.
Keeping it Fresh
Plenty of paths to take entering into the world of coffee roasting, a main one being the capacity to roast. Having a smaller machine has plenty of drawbacks but we like to look at the flipside of that coin. Keeping it fresh in small batch allow for unique single origins or blends to be created and enjoyed by many more often. Our little bullet is a quick draw and minimizes coffee having to sit on a shelf for several months before being enjoyed in your cup.
